We at Isabel Works hope you love your new purchase. However, we’ll gladly accept unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise purchased on isabelworks.com for return.
Swimwear and accessories: We’re unable to process returns for swimwear or intimate apparel items that have been worn or are returned in a soiled condition. All apparel must be returned in original condition, with original packaging and tags attached. All swimwear must be in new and unused condition with sanitary strips in place.
**Items purchased on sale are final sale and can not be returned for an exchange, store credit, or refund.
Returns are typically processed within 2-3 business days from the date they are delivered to our warehouse although it may take some more time during busy periods.
If there is a mistake with your order, it can be returned within 14 days of recieving it, with no signs of wear and all tags attached. Please, feel free to contact us through our email: firstname.lastname@example.org Return postage costs will be free only if the item/s received are faulty or not as ordered. The coverage of return postage costs must be approved by Isabel Works Customer Care staff prior to return of item(s). If you believe your item is faulty, please contact Isabel Works Customer Care at email@example.com prior to sending it back. We cannot accept liability for an item until it is returned and has been confirmed as faulty.
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time for national or international orders.
What defines faulty?
Goods that have been wrongly described.
Goods that are different to the goods that you ordered.
Goods that do not do what they are supposed to.
Goods that have defects that were not obvious or we did not bring to your attention.

When Will I Be Refunded?
Your return will usually be processed within a week to a week and a half. We’ll send you a Return Notification email to notify you once the return has been completed. Please allow 1-3 business days for refunds to be received to the original form of payment once the return has been processed.
Returns Using Your Own Shipping Method
You can send items back to us using any trackable/insured shipping method. Sorry, we can’t accept COD returns. Returns are processed in the order they are received. Please allow a week to a week and a half for your return to be processed once received at our warehouse.
